The Forney Jackrabbit Wrestling Booster Club (Forney, TX) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting the wrestling program at Forney High School. This website is maintained by the Forney Jackrabbit Wrestling Booster Club, and is not officially sanctioned or affiliated with Forney High School or Forney ISD. Neither Forney High School nor Forney ISD is responsible for the content of this website or the content of links external to this website.

• Contact details you enter on our forms — parent or guardian name, email address, phone number, and your wrestler’s name and grade.
• Volunteer sign-ups, including which shifts you claimed.
• Membership and donation records. Card and bank details never touch this website — payments run through Zeffy, and we only ever see that a payment happened and for how much.
• Publication consent for each athlete, recorded per family with a timestamp, and who last changed it.
• Messages you send us by email, text or through a form.

To run the club: to reply to you, to schedule and staff volunteer shifts, to send schedule changes and club news, and to keep accurate financial records. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it.

When you choose text-code sign-in, Supabase and Twilio Verify use your phone number to send the verification code you requested. A sign-in code does not subscribe you to club announcements or reminders. Those messages require a separate opt-in below. Message and data rates may apply to verification texts too.

If you opt in, we use your mobile number to send club messages — schedule and practice changes, volunteer shift reminders, and reminders about upcoming events. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details are in our Messaging Terms.

Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share the minimum necessary with the services that run this site — Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Zeffy (payments), Telnyx (club text messages), Twilio Verify (requested sign-in codes) and our email provider — solely so they can deliver what you asked for, and with authorities where the law requires it.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Our forms are for parents and guardians, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information online directly from anyone under 13.

An athlete’s name or photograph appears on this site only where a parent or guardian has given consent for that athlete, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time from your family portal or by emailing us. Withdrawing it removes them from the public site. Sponsorship is attached to a weight class, never to a named wrestler, and we publish money by category rather than by family.

The website and mobile app use the same club account and household permissions. Parents can register before a wrestler is linked to their household. The club controls athlete linking; entering a child’s name at checkout does not grant access to their records. The app stores your sign-in session in your device’s secure storage.

Authorized staff can upload a roster spreadsheet from the app to preview an import. The server reads the file in memory and does not keep a copy. Roster records are saved only after staff review and confirm the import. Importing a wrestler does not grant permission to publish their name or photo.

You can initiate deletion of your account from the app’s account settings once that feature is available. Deletion removes your sign-in and household contact details, ends your account’s text subscription, and withdraws the public name and photo preferences for wrestlers linked to your household. Club roster records, signed releases, consent history and financial receipts remain club records. We retain text opt-out and consent evidence so an erased account is not contacted again without a new opt-in.

Deleting your club account does not cancel a recurring Zeffy membership or donation. Manage or cancel that subscription separately through Zeffy using your payment receipt. Account deletion does not issue a refund. Contact us below for questions about retained records or deletion requests.
