Parent volunteers. No paid staff. The club exists to buy the things a first-year program does not have — travel, tournament entry and team support — and to make sure no family is priced out of the sport.
A first-year club is built by whoever turns up. None of these need wrestling knowledge, and none of them are for life — most are a few hours a month.
