Messaging Terms

Parents and guardians who opt in may receive:

• Team updates — practice and schedule changes, weather cancellations, bus and departure times, and time-sensitive news from the coaching staff.
• Volunteer shifts — confirmation when you claim a shift, a reminder before it, and a note when a shift still needs filling.
• Event reminders — upcoming meets, meetings and club events, including club fundraising events.

We do not send donation solicitations by text. A reminder that a fundraising event is happening is not a request for money, and we keep it that way deliberately.

You opt in by ticking the text-message box on a form on this site, or by giving your number and agreeing to texts when you sign up in person. Consent is not a condition of membership, of volunteering, or of your wrestler taking part in anything. You can decline or opt out at any time with no effect on your family.

Message frequency varies with the season — busier around meets, quiet out of season. Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your wireless carrier apply, and we are not responsible for those charges.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to opt back in.
